Other chapters deal with the evaluation of proteins’ dielectric properties using dielectric relaxation, electric birefringence, and dichroism techniques. The concluding chapters outline the theoretical and experimental advances of the electrophoretic and gel filtration methods for the study of protein structure and molecular weight.
