Es werden sowohl die einzelnen Leistungsausschreibungen als auch die Pflichtenhefte an die unterschiedlichen Gewerke aufgezeigt, die für dieses Event benötigt werden. Die Gewerke sind Ton, Licht, Projektion und Pyrotechnik.
Im Hinblick auf das Gewerk Tontechnik, wird der „Technical Rider“ zu Rate gezogen. Ein gut aufgebauter „Technical Rider“ zeigt dem Veranstalter, welches Equipment, in diesem Fall die Band „BrassMachine“, benötigt um auftreten zu können.
