Und wie interagiert das Individuum mit seinem Lebensraum. Diese Fragen möchte ich näher beleuchten und zum zentralen Punkt dieser Arbeit machen.
Warum gerade auf Giuseppe Verdi eine zentrale Rolle im Stück entfällt, welche Versinnbildlichung durch diese Personifizierung stattfindet und ob Urs Widmer möglicherweise eine Antwort auf die Schizophrenien unserer Zeit gibt, wird in (2.2.) näher beleuchtet.
Ein weiterer wichtiger Untersuchungsansatz meiner Arbeit soll sich mit der musikalischen Natur des Stückes beschäftigen, da diese untrennbar mit dem Inhalt des Stückes verwoben zu sein scheint.
Urs Widmer und Peter Zwetkoff wurden für ihr Stück 1974 mit dem Karl-Scuka-Preis ausgezeichnet, welcher für „die beste radiophonisch gestaltete Produktion eines Hörspiels“ vergeben wurde (2.3.).
Zuletzt möchte ich einen Zusammenhang zwischen diesem Stück und der Bewegung der „Arte Povera“ herstellen, welche in die legendäre Zeit der 68-er einzuordnen ist.
